Strategic Business Partnerships/Alliances

  • Prepare for partnering with customers and/or suppliers
  • Select those alliances where a relationship may reasonably be expected to add value
  • Develop the relationship
  • Commit to an action plan engaging the key members
  • Evaluate the results

Purpose:

Companies that wish to expand their product, geographic, or customer reach consider alliances to be the strategic vehicle of choice. An alliance or partnership can be good if its evolution is well planned. By contrast, alliances or partnership can be detrimental to a relationship if all of the ramifications of it are not well thought out. TLR's role in alliances and partnerships is to function as a coach to companies who wish to consider this vehicle.

TLR's Strategic Partnership Programs are custom designed for each client. Each alliance/partnership is different as a result of different goals and expectations. Partnerships grow over time and it is impossible to predict herein at what stage of the process your relationship exits.
